Our Privacy Policy for Apps & Games

This policy explains what information our mobile games handle. The games are published by INSYNCC PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES CO. L.L.C, Al Hamriya, Fahidi Heights 1004 - 604, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). It applies to every game listed in section 9.

1. Information we collect ourselves

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and our games have no user accounts. Your game progress (such as coins, scores, unlocked items and settings) is stored only on your own device. We cannot see it, and it is removed when you delete the game.

2. Advertising

Our games may show ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device type and operating system, and information about the ads you see and tap. Google's use of this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

• On iPhone and iPad, our games ask your permission before an advertising identifier may be used for tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised.
• Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), a consent screen lets you choose whether ads may be personalised. You can change this choice later in the game's settings.
• On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
  
  

3. Purchases

Some games may offer in-app purchases. These are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was made.

4. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through one of our games, contact us and we will help remove it.

5. Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. Apart from the advertising described above, we do not share information with third parties.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its use. Because we hold no personal information ourselves, most requests are handled by changing your ad settings or deleting the game. For anything else, contact us.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, for example when a new game works differently, we will update this page and the date at the top.
